- Scope. This Privacy Policy explains what information GambaWall collects, how it is used, and your choices, when you visit or interact with the Site.
- Information we collect. Application data you choose to submit through our contact form (name, channel link, contact details, casino and code), and automatically collected analytics data such as page views and outbound clicks, gathered in aggregate without cookies or persistent identifiers.
- Giveaway entries. If you enter a giveaway, we collect the X name you type, the time of your entry and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address. The scrambled address is used only to limit abuse and is deleted when the winner is drawn, and entries are deleted 60 days after the draw. Only the last four letters of the winner's X name are shown, on the giveaway page and in the list of past giveaways. You can ask us to remove even that at any time through the contact form. Entries are stored for us by Cloudflare, which has its own privacy practices.
- How we use information. Submitted application data is used only to respond to you and, if accepted, to build your listing. Aggregate analytics data is used to understand which listings and pages are useful to visitors.
- No sale of data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
- Third-party services. We use third-party tools to run the Site, including a form-handling service to receive applications and an analytics service to measure traffic. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy practices.
- Data retention. We keep application data for as long as needed to administer a listing or respond to an inquiry, and delete it on request.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the form on this site.
- Children's privacy. The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18.
- International visitors. If you access the Site from outside the country where it is hosted, your information may be processed in a jurisdiction with different data protection laws.
- Security. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
- Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
