1. Acceptance of terms. By accessing or using GambaWall ("the Site," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Nature of the service. GambaWall is an independent information directory. We publish publicly available information about crypto casino streamer codes, rakeback deals and leaderboard promotions. We are not a casino, gambling operator, bookmaker or payment processor, and we do not accept wagers, hold funds or operate any gambling product.
4. No guarantee of accuracy. Codes, offers, leaderboard values and other details are supplied or sourced from third parties (streamers and casinos) and can change or expire without notice. We do not verify, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality or availability of any listed offer. Always confirm current terms directly with the casino before you act.
5. Not gambling advice. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment or gambling advice, and nothing on it should be read as a recommendation to gamble or to use any particular casino.
6. Third-party sites and services. The Site links to third-party websites, including casinos, streamer channels and community platforms such as Discord and Telegram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, security or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
7. Streamer listings. Most listings are compiled by us from information a streamer already makes public. A streamer may also arrange a featured placement directly with us; the terms of a featured placement are agreed separately and can be ended by either side at any time. We may add, edit or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including at a streamer's request.
8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems, scrape or reproduce Site content at scale without our written permission, interfere with the normal operation of the Site, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when applying through the Site.
9. Intellectual property. The Site's design, layout, original text and branding belong to GambaWall or are used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Casino and streamer names, logos and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.
10. No warranty. The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GambaWall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, winnings, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party casino or service linked from it. Your gambling activity, and any outcome from it, is solely between you and the relevant casino.
12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold GambaWall, its operators and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
13. Assumption of risk. Gambling carries financial risk. Any decision to gamble, and any resulting gain or loss, is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
14. Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
15. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force and effect.
